Contaminated Soil

TWM operates an EPA licensed transfer station in Rathcoole for small quantities of contaminated soil classified as non-hazardous. We also offer a wide range of solutions for large contaminated soil projects including thermal treatment, biological treatment, soil washing and landfill.

Due to our extensive contacts we have access to a network of contaminated soil treatment facilities in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Germany and Norway. This allows us to offer a complete service for contaminated soils, from non-hazardous material to hazardous with a corresponding wide range and level of contaminants.

We provide a complete contract management service for contaminated soil including provision of Trans-Frontier Shipment Permits from customer sites, loading and transport of the soil to the nearest port, shipping and recovery/disposal of the soil at licensed facilities. Disposal/Recovery certificates are provided for each shipment upon completion.
